Battle for the Christmas Ham 2010 Team Tournament:

Date: Saturday December 11th

The Battle for the Christmas Ham will be a random team tournament.  Each round the player with the most battle points will be paired with the player who has the least.  Pairings will follow suit in this way until the players who have the middle-most battle points are paired.  In the first round teams will be paired according to a judge based composition system which has no bearing on final scores.  No two players will be on the same team twice.  See below for army list regulations and see the "Team Rules" link to find out how Team play will operate.

Army Lists:

1000 point Army lists are to be selected from the current GW army books.  For this tournament I am not allowing Chaos Dwarves (Sorry Colonel).

Special Exceptions:

The Power Scroll is banned.

I would also appreciate the avoidance of high leadership death sniping.  At 1000 points characters are going to be relatively devoid of ward saves.  I understand certain Dark Elf lists cannot avoid the choice and that’s okay, but I would prefer not to see lists kitted out especially for the purpose.

Schedule:

9:30a.m.: Show up, initial gift selection (see Secret Santa), team pairings

10:00 am - 10:15 am: Go over the team rules

10:15am - 12:30 pm: Game 1

12:30am - 1:30pm: Lunch

1:30pm - 4:00pm: Game 2

4:30pm - 7pm: Game 3

7pm - shitfaced: Awards at Pac Brewing!
