In lieu of an entry fee, this year's Battle of the Christmas Ham will require that you bring a gift of ~$15-$20 value.  There is no requirement for types of gift (but you know that warhammer stuff is always awesome), and knowing the Ld2 crew, I would be prepared to see all types of lewd and annoying gifts.

Here are the rules:

1. Please WRAP YOUR GIFT AND PUT YOUR NAME ON IT so that we don't know what it is but who it is from!
2. I will have rated each submitted army list with a judge comp (these are not used for scoring, only to do first round team pairings and for the purpose of this gift swap).  Starting with the highest comp list (fluffiest), I will let people come and grab a gift.  You can grab your own if you want but then we all know that you got something really cool and want to keep it for yourself.  I will distribute all the gifts in this way. 
3. At the end of each game, the team who loses may open their packages and either keep them OR take a gift from their opponents (teammates will dice off to see who gets to pick first).  If you elect to take your opponents gift and it is wrapped, you may not unwrap it unless you lose the next game.  In the event of a draw the "winner" is the team who scored more battle points after objectives are factored in.  In the event of a tie in battle points + objective points, there is no gift swap.
4. At the end of the tournament (after the final swap when game 3 ends) everyone will open their gift if it is still wrapped and there will be a final swapping during the awards ceremony (see scoring and awards section).  During the Awards Ceremony final gift swap, each gift can only be taken twice, at which point it can no longer be stolen.
