Reese came by Endgame last night to talk to us about the Bay Area Open.  Here is the info he shared.

When:  July 30-31  5 game tourney

Size: 2,500

It is both a 40K and Fantasy.  The 40K portion will be huge and they are their goal is 32 Fantasy players. 

Some other positives:

• We can bring our own booze in with no problems!
• 1500 point army for the winner-sweet!
• They are using the SoCal Terrian.  This is high quality terrain.
• While no comp (boo!), they have banned the Power Scroll, Book, Cupped Hands, and Folding Tower. 
• They do have a hotel close by ($75 night) that they will be running shuttles back and forth to.

I am planning on going.
